My name is Marcelo Medeiros and I am the CEO of Leading.Zone
I founded the company in March 2020, just a couple months ago. Leading Zone is a leadership development platform offering online services to professionals and companies.
Before Leading Zone, most of the 30 years of my career were devoted to executive leadership positions in the technology sector in Latin American countries, including Brazil and Mexico. I was vice president of Dell, executive director and general manager of Lenovo and Ingram Micro, and director of IBM.
Over the years I learned a lot from mistakes and success cases and I am ready to share that experience with you either in one-time sessions or through our professional mentoring programs, which you can see below.
